Campus for Future Living

As the primary research partner at the Campus, the Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health (LIRCH), based at the University of Lincoln, will lead research and community engagement that brings together local people, service providers, and change makers. Their work will focus on the issues that matter most in rural and coastal areas – from tackling loneliness to shaping better social care. Through these projects, LIRCH will help ensure that research creates real, lasting benefits for our community.

Louise is our podiatrist here at the Campus. Her goal is simple – to keep our community comfortable and confident on their feet. She can help with everything from general foot care, nail care, advice on footwear - to specialist treatments for stubborn problems like fungal nails, verrucas and foot pain. Louise has developed bespoke treatment packages so you can get the right care for your needs. Whether it’s a quick check or ongoing care, she is here to help the community stay active and moving well.

We are proud to have Clip and Riverside working from the Campus, helping to work towards our ambitions of providing a space where communities can flourish. The team at Clip and Riverside provide learning, skills development and wellbeing opportunities for all ages. This isn’t just about education, this is about supporting people to thrive, at any age. Whether that be through their Wellbeing hub, young peoples and adult education, or employability support – there is something for everyone.

The Campus for Future Living now proudly bears its name! We’re excited to unveil brand-new signage for the building expertly installed by Allen Signs Ltd. It’s another step forward in creating a welcoming, accessible space for the local community to explore services, support and wellbeing opportunities and enjoy a visit to our Wayfinder Café too.

We’re proud to be supporting the launch of the University of Lincoln’s Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health (LIRCH) at the Campus in Mablethorpe this Friday. Our Director of Community Investment, Claire Woodward, will be speaking at the event, which will hear from Professor Sir Chris Whitty. It's been one week since our launch event! The launch day was a great success, with free health checks, food tastings, interactive stalls, course tasters and more. Thank you to everyone who took part and came along to our open event yesterday. It had a real sense of celebration and community spirit, bringing together hundreds of local residents, families and stakeholders from across the region. The high point was watching local resident Luke and Victoria Atkins MP at our ceremonial ribbon cutting, cheered on by over a hundred people. Missed out?
