How national support schemes will evolve in 2026 to implement the Net Zero Industry Act ? To what extent the upcoming Industrial Accelerator Act can be a game changer ? Bertrand Lecacheux and Vincent Delporte were invited by Capstone to present their insight to a panel of investment funds. 👉 2026 will be a pivotal year, with full implementation of the NZIA and possible introduction of Made in Europe criteria in financial support schemes! Unthinkable few months ago, the mindset is clearly shifting EU wide! 👉 Some countries already took the lead, like Austria and Italy who introduced Made in Europe criteria in some public support and France has a strong political willingness to introduce made in Europe criteria. 👉 The fundamentals of PV (low cost, rapid deployment, etc.) are solid, and flexible solutions are increasingly available. We are seeing the emergence of numerous technical, economic and regulatory solutions to manage their integration into the grid. The major collective challenge remains the electrification of uses to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels : the true challenge of the years to come !   Let's mobilize to help the European Commission publish an ambitious proposal of the IAA!
