  • Across every Cedarhurst community, the mission remains the same — to create communities where each person feels loved, valued, and supported, and able to live life to the fullest. That vision continues in Crown Point, where a new Assisted Living and Memory Care community is set to open in January 2026. Thoughtful design, personalized support, and a hospitality-driven approach will make this community a true reflection of Cedarhurst’s commitment to reimagining what senior living can be. • At Cedarhurst Senior Living, we believe in the power of dreams to inspire, uplift, and bring joy. That belief is at the heart of our Dream Come TRUE program, which reflects our mission to create communities where residents feel loved, valued, and supported to live life to the fullest. Each year, communities across Cedarhurst work to fulfill meaningful aspirations for residents — showing that dreams can be achieved at any stage of life. This September, that dream belonged to Mary J. Growing up on a ranch in South Dakota, Mary shared a one-of-a-kind bond with her horse, Cinco. Through the Dream Come TRUE program, her wish to reconnect with the feeling of horse and rider became reality. She spent time with Ace the Clydesdale at Cedarhurst of Des Peres, enjoyed a cowboy-style lunch, and visited Hermann Farms for a magical Shire horse experience. Tears filled the room when she first learned her dream would come true. • This year, Cedarhurst communities have proudly joined the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Together, we have stepped forward as a nationally recognized team and the impact is already inspiring. So far, we have raised $55,643 to support the fight against Alzheimer’s, and the momentum keeps building. Thank you to everyone who has walked, donated, and shown support. Every step brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. #WalkToEndAlz #CedarhurstSeniorLiving #EndAlz

  • Midweek Moments! Cedarhurst of St. Charles hosted a Timeless Vows celebration, featuring 16 wedding dresses spanning from 1910 to 2019. Residents and staff had the joy of wearing these treasured gowns, while centerpieces displayed wedding photos from residents’ own special days. The breathtaking dresses and stories behind them made for a truly moving experience. Thank you to the families, staff, and residents who entrusted Cedarhurst with these priceless memories. #CedarhurstSeniorLiving #MidweekMoments

  • At Cedarhurst of Des Peres, resident Nancy Partridge shows that care can be a lifelong calling. From her years as a nurse to her dedication at Cedarhurst, Nancy's compassion continues to inspire. The dedicated "Nancy Suite" at the corporate office honors her legacy by providing a supportive space for new mothers returning to work. Her story originally appeared in the Autumn 2024 issue of Flourish Magazine. Like to read more stories from the Autumn 2024 issue? • Today on National Food Service Workers Day, Cedarhurst proudly celebrates the dining staff who make every meal more than just a menu. Dining in senior living often comes with old stereotypes, yet at Cedarhurst, the dining staff break the mold by creating meals that bring flexibility, flavor, and comfort every day. Strict meal times? Cedarhurst offers all-day dining so you can stay on your own schedule. No choices? Multiple daily options give residents the freedom to choose. Limited dietary support? Menus include options that support personal preferences and needs. Bland and boring? Every dish is crafted to be full of flavor. Loud and drab dining rooms? Residents enjoy bright, welcoming restaurant-style spaces. Behind each of these truths are the dedicated food service professionals who bring care, creativity, and compassion to every plate. • Cedarhurst of Newburgh is officially open! We marked this special milestone with a ribbon cutting celebration alongside residents, families, friends, and community partners. A highlight of the day was the appearance of Ace Purple, the University of Evansville mascot, who brought plenty of smiles to the occasion. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the Cedarhurst colleagues who showed their support—your presence made this day even more meaningful. #GrandOpening #CedarhurstSeniorLiving #Newburgh
