The Centerbridge Foundation hosted its inaugural Partnership Grant CEO Forum in February, bringing together the leaders from its nonprofit portfolio. The Foundation deeply believes that investing in strong leadership is a key lever for change across the education sector. We were thrilled to have the cohort of CEOs from our New York City grant partners connect with each other and share ideas and management strategies used across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors with Centerbridge team members. Centerbridge is excited to announce the issuance of Park Blue CLO 2024-VI ($425 million), which closed on January 28, 2025. The CLO priced on December 16, 2024, with the AAA tranche at SOFR + 134bps, bringing the Centerbridge CLO platform AUM to $3.2 billion as of December 31, 2024.
