  • The Chamberlain Advisors team gathered yesterday for our quarterly All Hands meeting. Looking back at the previous quarter and understanding "what happened" and "so what," and looking forward to plan "now what" is important for us to continue to provide best-in-class service to our partners and candidates. Our team meetings always end with a social event, and we took to the pottery wheel last night to test our abilities with the clay. Despite our relative lack of pottery experience or skills, it was awesome to try something new, and we realized pottery and recruiting have more in common than one would realize. Both require patience and precision, and tools and techniques matter.
