Her new role leads strategy and execution for member programming, as well as the execution of The Corporate Inclusion Institute and our Business Leaders of Color recognition. Robert Henry has been promoted to Senior Director of Business Development and Engagement. In his expanded role, he has additional responsibility for the recruitment of new companies to participate in the Corporate Inclusion Institute, along with his current responsibility for new member recruitment and engagement.
