Just what the dog-tor ordered. A new treat has arrived at our Minneapolis Starz Café: Pup Chow for Kids! A huge thank you to our nutrition services leaders, Mary Smieja and Tim Larson, for whipping up this delicious and dog-tor-approved treat for families and staff to enjoy. "I've always loved making things that bring a little joy, and seeing the reaction to this new Pup Chow has been wonderful," says Mary. "It's a fun way to bring a little bit of Riggs and Ina's spirit into our café for all to enjoy.”

The Booboo Foundation held a Chinese New Year fundraiser earlier this year to support our cancer and blood disorder program and honor their daughter Anja's journey at Children's Minnesota.💙They raised and donated over $7,000! Thank you!

Love at the finish line. Celebrating 20 years of marriage, Natalie and her husband Yung ran down memory lane to the finish line at this year’s Twin Cities 10-mile race – the spot where they got engaged.💙 In 1997, Natalie started volunteering at Children’s Minnesota where she met Yung. Today, Natalie and Yung are members of Team Superstars, the Children’s Minnesota charity team of athletes who go the extra mile for patients and their families.
