We've loved being out in the community lately connecting, sharing, and advocating for older adults and their caregivers! Here's a look at where we've been: 1️⃣ Celebrating the Wester Henrico County Rotary Grant Award - so grateful for their support. 2️⃣ In Washington, D.C., where Heather spoke on Capitol Hill about the importance of Medicaid. 3️⃣ At the Needle's Eye Senior Care Cohort Meeting, where Ellen joined fellow providers to collaborate and share. 4️⃣ At the Hanover Council on Aging event at Bridge Church, where Heather served on a panel - sharing her knowledge about adult day and being a resource to the community alongside other community partners.

Caregivers often say, "We wish we could take you all home with us on the weekends." 💜 So, we got to thinking - what if we could send a little piece of Circle Center home? That's how the RENEW Kits were born: Respite & Engaement Necessities for Every Weekend. Thanks to a generous grant from Grace and Holy Trinity, we were able to create personalized kits designed to support caregivers and engage our participants at home. Each kit includes: -Puzzles and games -Art supplies -A laminated card with activities using household items + stress-relief tips Distribution has officially begun! Special thanks to Cathy Saunders and Vicky Bleick from Grace and Holy Trinity for volunteering their time to help pack the bags! We're so proud of this effort - and excited for what's to come.
