The Bonner Springs City Council is pleased to announce the hiring of Amber Vogan as the City Manager. Mrs. Vogan has served in an interim capacity since fall of 2024 when the previous City Manager accepted another opportunity. Mrs. Vogan has over 16 years of local government experience, including 10 years with the City of Bonner Springs. In 2014, she joined the City as the City Clerk and has served in various capacities including Director of Community Development and Assistant City Manager.
