  • Congratulations to Subhas Flannery on receiving his Wisconsin UDC (Uniform Dwelling Code) Construction License! Subhas shared a bit about his journey and what this accomplishment means to him: "I’ve been working here at the City of Verona for a year and a half come May, and I’m excited to share that I’ve received my WI UDC Construction License! I’m currently in the process of obtaining my WI UDC HVAC License, and after that, I’ll be applying for my UDC Electrical Inspector License." "The process to obtain these licenses has been no easy task. Working alongside Todd, who has been a great mentor, as well as learning from other inspectors and being out in the field has made a big impact on my progress. Getting hands-on experience, attending training seminars, and diving into the WI UDC Codebook have all been key to my success so far." "I’ve really enjoyed getting out into the community—meeting homeowners, contractors, and other residents. Building relationships and helping bridge the gap between our department and the people we serve is something I take pride in." "Even in my relatively short time with the City, I’ve learned so much. Every day brings a new challenge and a new reward. I’m grateful for the support of everyone at City Hall, my fellow employees, and my family. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow along with this great community." When he's not out in the field or studying for his next credential, Subhas enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Way to go, Subhas! We’re lucky to have you on Team Verona!
