About us
City Wide is a management company in the building maintenance industry with more than 50 years’ experience offering janitorial and 20-plus other facility services. In 2005, Jeff Smith, an Indiana native, opened City Wide of Indianapolis and began offering the company’s unique experience to building maintenance and janitorial services to commercial facilities in the greater Indianapolis metro. Jeff knew from experience that truly amazing client support took an extra level of engagement but resulted in successful lifelong relationships. He was drawn to City Wide because he recognized that they had a unique business model that offered this excellent support better than any team he had ever seen. Today, Jeff is transforming an industry often plagued with mediocrity. - Offering a unique management approach - Providing more than 20 different services - Representing your needs - Focusing on vendor selection, compliance & overall client satisfaction Clients aren’t used to the attention to detail and level of communication we offer and once they hire us, they love it! Our goal is to become an extension of your management team and save you time, money and the stress associated with facility management.

Another great day supporting Bishop Chatard High School at their golf outing. Our team, including Nick Blakley and Dylan Walsh, had a great time with clients from the Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Anthem. Nothing better than time on the course with great company. ⛳️

City Wide Facility Solutions was proud to be a stage sponsor for the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.💜 Supporting the Alzheimer's Association® event holds great meaning for our team, as we stand with the families, caregivers, and loved ones impacted by this disease. Throughout the year, we’ve enjoyed coming together for team events and fundraisers that built up to this impactful celebration. We’re sincerely grateful to everyone who showed their support through participation, donations, or encouragement. Together, we’re taking steps toward a future without Alzheimer’s, and we’re honored to contribute to such an important cause.

We were proud to be a sponsor at today’s St.Matthew golf outing! It was a great day to connect with others in the industry and enjoy some time on the course. A big thank you to Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits for joining us, along with our own Nick Blakley and Kyle Jessen. Always a pleasure building connections both on and off the green!

Ever seen a facility team move fast? Just mention OSHA. With an OSHA inspection looming, a client brought us in for a quick breakroom floor refresh. During our walkthrough, we spotted bigger issues: worn carpets, safety concerns, and poor chemical storage. We didn’t just clean, we solved. We deep-cleaned carpets before the inspection, installed secure chemical cages, and re-striped the back lot to improve truck flow and safety. What started as a small request turned into a complete facility upgrade, tailored to their needs and built for long-term success. Big thanks to Jordan Everhart for keeping the project running smoothly. Need a partner who sees more than just the task in front of them? Let’s talk.
