The City of Dayton's Veronica Morris says it best...and we are all excited to see OnMain going vertical just south of downtown Dayton.

A bold step forward for Dayton was taken yesterday as the Think Dayton building, the first vertical structure at the onMain Innovation District, officially broke ground! This milestone begins the transformation of 38 acres at the former Montgomery County Fairgrounds into a vibrant, mixed-use hub for innovation and growth. Led by the University of Dayton and Premier Health Partners, with support from valued elected officials, community members, and public and private partners, onMain will attract businesses and talent, driving opportunity and positioning the City of Dayton as a leader in urban development. Congratulations to the entire onMain team: staff, boards, and community stakeholders whose vision and dedication made this milestone possible. Through partnership and collaboration, a brighter future for Dayton is being built. #TeamDayton #Innovation #BecauseWePlan #UrbanRedevelopment #ThinkDayton #PublicPrivatePartnerships #UrbanDevelopment #proUDalum
