This week, we had the pleasure of hosting our CEE Finance New Joiners Training in Budapest. Over two intensive days, colleagues from across the region came together to dive deep into transaction management, explore the LMA leveraged loan precedent agreement (with an AI twist), and put their skills to the test in a lively mock negotiation. Of course, networking and social activities were also part of the experience – Budapest never disappoints! A big thank you to our fantastic speakers for sharing their expertise and insights: Eszter Török, Elitsa Ivanova, Ana Radnev, Kateryna Chechulina, Stefania Lepore and Erika Papp It was great to see the energy, collaboration, and fresh perspectives our new joiners are bringing to the Finance Practice Group. Looking forward to seeing how these connections grow across the CEE region! #cmslaw #CMSEvents #CMSTraining #CEEFinance #CMSTeam #ProfessionalDevelopment
