We are pleased to introduce our newest Digital Producer, Krystina Valdovinos. Krystina brings a strong background in marketing, technology, and digital project management. She's led strategic initiatives overseeing large-scale digital implementations, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. She's a master at streamlining processes and delivering impactful digital solutions. A few interesting things about Krystina: Her best friend is Chuey, her mini Schnauzer! She's a baking enthusiast—bagels and banana bread are her favorite things to make.  We can't wait to smell fresh baked goods in the office!

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Yena Lee, in her role as Associate Director, Client Services + Solutions Yena is a solutions-driven project management lead with experience across various therapeutic areas, categories, and industries. She has a passion for collaboration as she's learned over the years that every problem has several solutions; yet the most successful ones are rooted in collaboration. Over the last decade, Yena has played a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams on executions ranging from speaker training programs to product launches; she leads teams to consistently deliver impactful results that align with client objectives. She has a penchant for proactivity, anticipating obstacles, and having back-pocket solutions that keep programs on track, ensuring that client needs are met with precision and efficiency. When not scenario planning or looking at spreadsheets, you can usually find her at a concert or at a bookstore somewhere in Chicago.

We are happy to welcome Kayla (Eiffert) Knetzer to the Coefficient Health team as Associate Director, Client Service and Strategy! Kayla brings a breadth of experience across both client service and brand strategy, with a passion for marrying the art of brand building with the science of the highly regulated healthcare sector. With experience spanning multiple therapeutic areas, and from pre-launch to LOE—she has accumulated an extensive knowledge base. Driven by impactful storytelling, she is always looking for ways to elevate brands and unlock growth. Her combination of analytical thinking and strategic insight leads to quantifiable results, ultimately helping her clients achieve their objectives. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys all that Colorful Colorado has to offer, including hiking with her dogs Ziggy and Archie, skiing, camping, and renovating her 1970s home

Welcoming our newest Account Executive, Muriam Malik! After graduating from Rutgers with a psychology degree, Muriam dived into the healthcare agency world and demonstrated success in customer service, office management, and client service as a dedicated client liaison. Murium is the oldest of five and hails from the great beaches of NJ. She's fluent in four languages (you'll have to ask her which ones!) and spends her free time spinning new dishes in the kitchen. Welcome Muriam Malik!
