Big potential for Slidell’s future. Colliers has released a new report highlighting bold redevelopment opportunities for the Northshore Square Mall site. In partnership with the City of Slidell and St. Tammany Economic Development Corporation, and with insights from local business, political, and civic leaders, the study explores transformative uses from logistics and light manufacturing to event and retail hub potential that could turn this property into a powerful driver of economic growth and quality jobs.
