Greater Portland Health Greater Portland Health (GPH) is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center. Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare that is accessible, affordable, and contributes to a healthier community. Our vision is a healthy community in which everyone has access to integrated, affordable, and high-quality health care services promoting physical and emotional wellness. We believe all people, regardless of background, identity, or socioeconomic status, deserve access to safe and welcoming health care. We provide primary medical, mental, vision care, and dental health services as well as healthcare support services across the Greater Portland, Maine area. We are currently carrying for over 16,000 patients in 17 locations across Portland, South Portland, and Westbrook, including healthcare for the homeless, public housing, and school-based health centers, we are committed to caring for the whole community.
