When law firms and corporate legal teams run an RFP for ediscovery, they’re choosing between different service providers that all offer the same technology. The differences come down to pricing, plug-ins, and professional services. That’s because the ediscovery market is crowded with vendors reselling the same tech. A shop in Chicago. A shop in New York.
