Client Success Manager (Remote, Part-Time- About 10 Hours per week)
D2A2 is a thought leadership firm that offers independent, relevant, and practical content in Digital, Data, Analytics and AI (#D2A2). We're looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and help us in strengthening client relationships and supporting our growth initiatives.
This part-time, fully remote role is ideal for one who thrives in a high-impact environment and wants the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain deep and proactive relationships with clients and partners.
• Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth, high-touch experience across all engagement milestones.
• Identify opportunities to drive client satisfaction, retention, and potential upselling.
• Provide operational and administrative support for business development (e.g., preparing proposals, tracking invoices/payments, maintaining CRM systems, drive social media engagement, and more).
• Collaborate with the D2A2 leadership team to drive operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in client service and operations.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and HubSpot.
• A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with data, analytics, digital, and AI tools/technologies.
