John Feizy (1942-2025). We honor the life and legacy of John Feizy, a visionary founder and decades-long partner. For more than 50 years, John brought artistry, integrity, and heart to the rug industry. His business and our World Trade Center building were created at the same time and flourished together. He built Feizy Rugs into a global leader while remaining deeply devoted to his family and community. His legacy lives on through the passion he shared with his children and the many lives he touched. We are grateful for his partnership and friendship. "May his name live forever."

Tariffs remain a troubling question mark for many of our customers, and we continue to Stand With Main Street. This week we filed an amicus brief urging a federal appellate court to declare the “Liberation Day” tariffs unconstitutional. The flow of goods to retail store shelves in the U.S. is critically important for the months to come. https://lnkd.in/gBe3WS7M

To Our Customer Community: The news reports and social media posts from the flooding in the Texas Hill Country are heartbreaking. This is a special place for Texans and families from around the world who are drawn to its natural beauty and outdoor activities. We are extremely sad for the families devastated by the flooding; and we honor and support the first responders, community leaders, and volunteers who are helping. Many of you are asking what you can do. Our friends Roxie and Clint Orms from Kerrville recommend donating to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, a 501(c)(3) public charity that will direct funds to vetted organizations providing rescue, relief, and recovery efforts as well as flood assistance. The Fund will support the communities of Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort. Link: https://lnkd.in/ghbb3xBM. Gift for Life, the volunteer organization from the gift and home industries, is fundraising for World Central Kitchen, which is providing meals for families at reunification centers, hotels, and rescue crews on-site at the camp and to hard-hit communities in the region. Link: https://lnkd.in/e2S-Hchq Together we can help support this community in need. Thank you. --Cindy Morris President and CEO
