🌎 Julian D Stillman was looking to change the world. That was the goal when he moved to the United States from Colombia in 2017. He got off to a good start at the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, ultimately becoming chief of staff at The HOPE Program, which provides job training and career counseling, paired with lifelong career support. 💼 Today, 82 percent of HOPE graduates secure full-time employment, and collectively, graduates earned $18.1 million in wages in FY24. Julian is proud of those results but is keeping his foot on the gas, as he continues to bring a data-driven lens to the work and find new ways to leverage #AIforGood. Learn more about his career goals and career advice in our latest Pathways to Impact. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/ePDUQ27h #AIDrivesImpact #InclusiveGrowth #WorkforceDevelopment Perry Hewitt, Joanne Jan, Prem Durairaj, Microsoft, Anupama S., Kevin Teo, Alister Martin, Tea Tüür, Jacqueline Chan, Dr. Rachele Hendricks-Sturrup, Evan Tachovsky, J.
