Over the past 2 years I’ve worked hard to build a nearshore model that delivers the same quality, communication, and accountability our clients expect from our U.S. teams. I’m proud to share that DeWinter Group is now offering nearshore solutions built to bridge time zones — not quality. If your projects are slowing down due to long hiring cycles, high costs, or limited access to talent, it might be time to explore nearshoring. 5 Signs It’s Time to Consider Nearshoring for Your Tech Projects: https://lnkd.in/eNDAHDYJ

Huge thank you to our amazing clients and team members who came out to support DeWinter in hosting this year’s FP&A Trends Group event in Boston! Our team had such a great time connecting with both new and long-time clients. The conversations, insights, and energy in the room were incredible. We can’t wait for the next event! A special shoutout to Larysa Melnychuk for another fantastic year of partnership!

The Boston FP&A Board opened our 2025 North American Tour this week at the beautiful Spaces State Street, setting the stage for a series of inspiring discussions across the region. Our topic — “Transforming FP&A Together: Human & AI Synergy” — sparked thoughtful dialogue among senior finance leaders from leading international and regional organisations such as Balt, Hult, Takeda, Sanofi, Schneider Electric and many others. Drawing on findings from the 2025 FP&A Trends Survey, participants reflected on a striking insight: while 56% of organisations plan to adopt AI, only 8% have achieved success. 💡 The message from Boston was clear — true FP&A transformation is not driven by technology alone, but by the synergy between Artificial and Human Intelligence. AI accelerates processes and strengthens forecasting, but it’s human expertise that gives context, meaning, and strategic direction. Key highlights included: ✅ Exploring the FP&A Trends AI Maturity Model ✅ Sharing real-world experiences with AI in FP&A ✅ Balancing machine capabilities with human judgment ✅ Defining actionable next steps for the FP&A transformation journey 🎤 A special thank you to John Martelli, Executive Sales Professional at SAP, for sharing valuable insights on how modern technology is enabling Agentic AI in FP&A. 👏 A heartfelt thank you to all participants for your openness, engagement, and forward-thinking perspectives throughout the evening. 🙏 Our gratitude to SAP for sponsoring this session, and to our partners DeWinter Group and International Workplace Group plc group for their continued support. ✈️ My next destination is Chicago, where we will discuss Dynamic Shift: Mastering Predictive Planning & Forecasting. I look forward to meeting you there! #fpatrends #fpandaboard #fpandacommunity #financeleadership #AIinFinance #digitaltransformation #boston

Celebrating 25 years with the best team DeWinter Group
🏔️ 💪 🔍 What happens when you drop a group of remote colleagues into the heart of the Canadian Rockies for a city-wide scavenger hunt? You get creativity, collaboration, and a whole lot of laughter. Split into "Survivor" teams, the DeWinter Group tackled challenges that ranged from choreographed handshakes and spontaneous dance breaks, to planking across Banff and attempting to eat a Beavertail… hands-free. 🤣 📸 Beyond the hilarious moments and unforgettable photo ops, what stood out most was the connection. 🤝 They came together to make memories, reinforce their connection, and keep building the kind of team culture worth celebrating. Thank you to Social Scavenger for this epic activity, and helping us create an amazing team retreat in Banff! Great work Moniker team! Erin Hunt (Tetley) Jo Kendall Jon Cram! #CompanyCulture #RemoteTeams #TeamConnection #OffsiteDoneRight #BanffRetreat #PeopleFirst

As DeWinter celebrates its 25th anniversary, we're recognizing more than just a milestone—we're celebrating the people who built this company. From a small group of ambitious recruiters to a nationwide team of almost 100, our journey has been defined by the incredible individuals who have dedicated their time and talent. No one embodies this spirit more than Don Seeley, a key member of our team since DeWinter’s earliest days. As one of our longest-serving employees, Don has been a firsthand witness to our growth and evolution. He recently shared some reflections on his time with us, and we couldn't think of a better way to honor our anniversary than by sharing his words.

What an incredible week in Banff with the team! We'll be sharing more from our company retreat soon, but first, we have to give a huge thank you to Moniker for planning such a fun adventure to celebrate DeWinter’s 25th anniversary. From 🥌 curling to exploring Banff on a custom scavenger hunt and taking in the ⛰️ breathtaking views, our week was full of unforgettable experiences. A special shoutout to Erin Hunt (Tetley), Jo Kendall, and Jon Cram who truly knocked it out of the park! You went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on-site, and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for helping us create such amazing memories! #DeWinter25
