Starting in the gas and convenience store business in 1976, the Dhanani Group became a franchisee for Burger King in 1994 with their first co-branded restaurant in Houston, Texas. The Sugar Land, Texas-based company is now one of the nation’s top QSR franchisees for Burger King Corporation, Pizza Huts and more.

Pam has devoted her career to the Burger King brand, inspiring countless team members, mentoring future leaders, and embodying everything it means to live and breathe the flame-grilled spirit of Burger King. From her earliest days behind the counter to her years leading; her fierce drive, her heart for people, and her unwavering pride in the brand have made her not only a pillar of our organization but also a role model for us all. Pam has seen Burger King evolve and grow through generations — and through it all, she has remained a constant source of strength, pride, and inspiration. She’s a fierce and passionate leader who lives and breathes the Burger King spirit, representing our values with every shift, every decision, and every guest she’s served. Her leadership and mentorship have shaped countless careers and touched hundreds of lives along the way.
