Two years ago, AI was your research intern. Now it’s more like a teammate you rely on to move projects forward. 🤝 In the third post of our series with Forrester’s Rowan Curran and Quadrant Strategies’ Robin Lindberg, we look at how AI has gone from sidekick to core player and what that means for research leaders right now: - Mining archives with RAG to cut waste and focus on what matters - Using synthetic moderators to scale qualitative studies in new ways - Embedding AI across the lifecycle: study design, moderation, analysis, reporting At Discuss, our Project, Interview, and Insights Agents are built for this reality. They clear away the repetitive work so teams can do what only humans can: interpret, align, and tell the story. 📖 Read the full post: https://hubs.la/Q03LPm4T0 🎥 Watch the full conversation with Forrester and Quadrant here: https://hubs.la/Q03LPk_-0

Back from an energizing couple of days at DMWF in New York 🏙️ — where digital leaders, marketers, and innovators came together to talk about what’s next. ⭐ One highlight of the event was our joint session, where our very own Sarah Taylor joined Maddy Berkman from Danone to share how they scaled customer-centric marketing across 25+ countries in just six months. ⭐ Huge thanks to the Discuss team on the ground — Joshua Yousif, Eugene L. Borisenko, Simon Glass, and Cristina Jaffery — for representing us with insight, warmth, and energy. 💜 If we missed each other in person, let’s connect. The conversations don’t stop here! #CustomerCentricity #MarketingInnovation #GenAI #DigitalMarketing # DMWF #ConsumerInsights

Beyond automating your day-to-day tasks, AI is transforming how you can connect with your consumers - offering new ways to hear real voices, see real emotions, and create real connections with your audiences. It gives you the speed and scale to validate business decisions faster, to hear from a broader set of voices from around the world, and to gather in-depth feedback that ultimately helps you move with greater confidence. But this doesn’t mean human-to-human conversations are going away. In fact, they’re more important than ever. When the goal is emotional depth, nuance, or building trust, there’s no substitute for real human connection. So instead of asking whether you should use AI or human-led research, the better question is: When should you use each, and when should you use both together? Here's how to know which to use: https://hubs.la/Q03Lq27D0 #marketresearch #genAI #customerinsights #productresearch

Task-specific AI agents are already reshaping research. But they won’t be running the show. Amidst all the buzz and noise about agents the real story for research leaders is simple: practical, task-specific agents are here to integrate into your workflow and do the heavy lifting.💪 In the second post of our five-part series with Forrester’s Rowan Curran and Quadrant Strategies’ Robin Lindberg, we cut through the agent hype and dig into: ✔️ The two types of agents delivering value right now ✔️ How they’re being woven into real research workflows ✔️ Why limits and guardrails are what make them trustworthy Ignore the hype. Real value comes from automating one task at a time. At Discuss, this is exactly the approach we’ve taken. Our Project Agent, Interview Agent, and Insights Agent handle the repetitive work so research teams can focus on interpretation, alignment, and storytelling. ‼️ Achievement unlocked: Discuss was recognized at OpenAI's DevDay (with 10 billion tokens to prove it)! 😎 Our VP of Engineering Jesse Thomson was in San Francisco for a first look at what’s next in the world of AI. Not only did he get a front-row seat to the future… his name was also featured on mainstage! We’re proud of the way the Discuss team keeps pushing boundaries and humbled by the recognition from OpenAI for being one of their top users. The AI revolution isn’t slowing down, and neither are we.
Achievement Unlocked: Sam Altman presented a slide with my name on it 😂 OpenAI’s DevDay tech conference yesterday was awesome. The idea that AI is slowing down couldn’t be further from the truth. There’s so much to build and so much will change. We live in the most exciting time in history. I think Discuss’ “Token” award was missing a zero on it, but still, what a cool way to engage customers! Bonus: I was finally able to take a ride in a Waymo yesterday as well. The future is bright!
