A unique culinary dialogue. As part of the 2025 Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo, Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse hosted a rare event : a creative culinary dialogue between three Michelin-starred chefs Alain Ducasse, Emmanuel Pilon, and Albert Adrià. Together, they crafted a one-of-a-kind four-hands menu inspired by Dom Pérignon cuvées: Vintage 2015, Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 and Rosé Vintage 2009. Shaping the future of gastronomy. Dom Pérignon is proud to collaborate with The Culinary Institute of America to support the next generation of chefs through the CIA’s first-ever Master’s Degree in Culinary Arts. This year, seven students engaged in the unique curriculum, which combines excellence in cooking with wine pairing and creative leadership, thanks to scholarships supported by Dom Pérignon. A signature part of the program, is an immersive residency in Champagne, France, throughout the month of June. The program came to life through dialogues and exchanges with Cellar Master Vincent Chaperon, Executive Chef Marco Fadiga, and Dom Pérignon winemakers, who inspired the students by giving them behind-the-scenes access to Dom Pérignon's creative culinary process. A testament to the spirit of innovation, heritage and renewal embodied by two creative icons. Dom Pérignon pays tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat with a special edition of the Vintage 2015 and a mesmerizing tasting cabinet inspired of his painting ‘In Italian’. The special edition is a trompe l’oeil in the form of six champagne crates with two asymmetrical doors, echoing the uneven boards on which Basquiat’s own masterpiece was painted. Crafted from the finest materials, each one is a celebration of the art of assemblage which lies at the heart of both Basquiat’s work and Dom Pérignon’s raison d’être.
