We received the Atrius Health Equity Foundation !! As part of Boston’s Live and Well Catalyst Program, over the next three years, we along with our partners, Uphams Community Care and Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation will provide food security, healthcare access and economic stability to our community. Starting in late 2026, we will be providing prescription meal boxes and solidarity shares to many families.
