    Yesterday we stopped by DIVERSITY FREIGHT LINES INC's terminal to see Kanatbek Nurmamatov and the team in person 🚛 Ken was one of our very first believers — he saw our vision early on and trusted us when Double Nickel was just a concept. Since then, his team has played a big role in shaping our product with thoughtful feedback and insights.     ✈️ Last week I spent time visiting clients in Illinois, and it was a reminder of just how valuable it is to be on the ground with the people we serve. A few takeaways stood out: 🤝 Relationships deepen in person. When you show up, it signals care. That presence builds trust and creates space for honest, constructive conversations that don’t always surface over calls or emails. 💻 Watching people work in your software is priceless. Feedback is valuable—but nothing sparks ideas like seeing recruiters in action. In five minutes of observation you can uncover ways to simplify workflows, streamline clicks, or open up entirely new efficiencies. 📞 The heart recruiters put into supporting drivers is inspiring. Listening to their calls reminded me how much genuine care goes into this work—it’s not just about filling seats, it’s about supporting people. 🌟 Aligning vision with reality.     ✨ Big week for the Double Nickel team in Illinois! ✈️ As I board my plane back home, I’ve been reflecting on the great week we had in Illinois with the team. A few highlights come to mind: 🚛 Attending the Illinois Trucking Association Annual Meeting — always energizing to hear directly from carriers about their challenges in driver recruiting. 🤝 Visiting customers and prospects — nothing beats being face-to-face and learning how we can better support them. 👥 Spending quality time together as a team — building connections beyond the day-to-day, getting to know each other and planning for the future. And a big shoutout to Coty Feith & Clinton Hanner for cold-knocking their way through Chicagoland. 💪 Proving once again that showing up in person, even when it’s unexpected, goes a long way in this industry. Plenty of takeaways as we look ahead to Dallas in November for Women In Trucking Association & more client visits! Excited to keep the momentum rolling!
