Recently, our Lean Six Sigma Teams showcased their final presentations to our executive leadership team, taking the audience through their project journey, showing the previous state of their process, the changes they implemented, and the improved current state.     In October 2024, PAK University launched a 40-hour Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course for our DrinkPAK leaders. The program guided participants through the DMAIC methodology—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Each Yellow Belt was assigned to a team and project, then paired with a Green Belt mentor from a previous cohort to support their project work.    Congratulations to all!
