That’s the spirit they bring to every project milestone.   This week at our Goshen facility, Alexis Radjewski, Maverick Azar, Nitish Krishan Jambulingam, and Rohan Shrestha swapped intern badges for problem-solving hats. Just like their bullseye moments at the dartboard, they’re laser-focused on hitting operational targets—from streamlining material deliveries with tuggers and trains to zeroing in on inventory accuracy.   Here’s to teams who never lose sight of the target and always celebrate the wins along the way!

Every year, Dura | Shiloh - Blatná brings everyone together to celebrate their fantastic team, but this year was truly special... Nearly 500 employees and their families came together to celebrate 30 remarkable years. With fairground rides, football matches, delicious food, and drinks, the team went above and beyond to show their appreciation. 🎉 As HR Manager Kateřina J. put it, the celebration was “our way of thanking our employees for all their hard work—and hopefully there’s going to be another 30, 60, 90, or 100 years of Dura | Shiloh - Blatná.”
