Construction is progressing at Aventon Moorefield Station – Phase I in Ashburn, VA! Our DC team recently visited the site to ensure milestones are on track. Designed for Aventon Companies, this project includes a five-story residential building with 425 units and a podium structure featuring leasing offices and upscale amenities such as a fitness center, clubroom, pet spa, outdoor pool, courtyard, and much more.
