The Senate Armed Services Committee will hold a hearing on the nomination of Retired Air National Guard Lt. Gen. Dan Caine for promotion to general and to serve as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on April 1 at 9:30 a.m. If confirmed, he will join Gen.
