Building strong culture means building connections across departments. Recently, Kent Huxel, VP of Social Enterprise, spent time with our Preschool 1 classroom—joining story time, helping with classroom activities, and even heading outside to play. These interdepartmental engagement visits give leadership valuable insight into the work happening across our organization, while building relationships between teams. At Easterseals Redwood, collaboration is key to creating a stronger community inside and outside our walls.
