Halloween costumes at the corporate office this week! We're missing a lot of our team at budget meetings this week, but still had plenty of spirited employees who dressed up today! Who's your favorite?

Well if this isn't the best AR Team we've ever seen! This group had a blast getting together for their annual training and retreat, and makes the rest of us seriously consider joining their team! We appreciate all the hard work they do to keep our finances healthy and up-to-date, and were glad to see them take some well-deserved time for fun! Special thanks to Cindy Potter for leading this stellar group from the front!

The Meadows on University (Fargo, ND) recently completed an extensive remodel project--a huge lift from many people on our team. We concluded the project by hosting an open house with the community to come visit the newly renovated rooms and see what changes were made. The event was a big success, with many of our key partners in the community stopping in to check it out. The constant flow of visitors kept us all on our feet for hours giving tours, but it was worth it! A special shoutout to Andrew Carey for overseeing this project from start to finish, and making it all happen in time for the accelerated deadline that we needed to meet!

Congratulations to the team at Heritage Trails (Cleburne, TX) for their deficiency-free survey! Outcomes like this are only a result of everyone coming together to play their part in the success of the building. Samantha King has made quite an impact since returning to this facility as their administrator, and is showing no signs of slowing down!

What a blast celebrating with Highland Care Center today! This facility recently received a 5-star rating from Medicare, so they hosted a great carnival for the community. We joined them for fun with the dunk tank, petting zoo, inflatables, face painting, balloons, food, giveaways, and more! A special thanks to all the community partners who joined us in hosting, and a shoutout to all the staff who have worked so hard to achieve this rating!

Good things happening at Lakeshore Village! We’re proud to highlight their therapy team for the incredible work they’re doing every day to help our patients regain strength and independence. One recent example is Mr. Wigman. When he arrived, he was struggling with painful swelling in his legs and wounds that weren’t healing—both of which made it very difficult to move around. The therapy team developed a focused care plan to reduce swelling, improve tissue health, and rebuild his mobility. Thanks to their consistent work, his swelling decreased, his wounds began to heal, and he was soon walking over 800 ft without pain. Just as importantly, he regained the ability to live more independently and with confidence. This is the kind of outcome that happens when a dedicated therapy team comes together to support our patients. We’re grateful for their commitment and the difference they make every day at Lakeshore Village.

Richardson Nursing and Rehabilitation recently recognized employees in their "30-year club!" One of their team members has actually been there for 40! 😱 We have some much respect and appreciation for employees who dedicate so many years of their lives to caring for their patients. This level of commitment not only improves patient outcomes, but elevates the entire workplace for others. You've got a great team there, Shelia Foster!
