U.S. federal incentives may shift, but states like Texas and California are proving that local leadership drives real change. Texas broke records this year in wind, solar, and battery storage. California’s solar capacity rivals the world’s largest power plants. And grids across New York, New England, and the Mid-Atlantic hit new renewable highs. ENGIE is proud to contribute to multiple grids in North America. With our combined portfolio of over 11GW in operation and construction in the U.S. and Canada, we’re accelerating the energy transition one local project at a time. #EnergyTransition #RenewableEnergy #CleanEnergy #Renewables #SustainableInfrastructure #WindAndSolar #GridInnovation

Today we pause to recognize both Veterans Day in the United States and Remembrance Day in Canada and other Commonwealth nations. Let’s take the time to honor all those who served — past, present and future. Veterans bring a wealth of experience, resilience, and leadership to every facet of society, and their contributions to the workforce are no exception. It is essential to recognize the tremendous contributions of veteran employees and reaffirm our commitment to supporting veterans in the workplace. Veterans play essential roles across ENGIE, contributing not only their technical expertise but also their unique perspectives and leadership abilities like discipline, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. As we reflect this week, please remember the selflessness, courage and dedication of our veterans. Their brave act of service cannot be thanked enough, and it is an honor to learn from their expertise in our workplaces. #VeteransDay #RemembranceDay #HonoringService #VeteranEmployment #LeadershipThroughService

When an unexpected coal plant shutdown tested the Texas grid this past summer, solar, wind, and battery storage stepped up—keeping the lights on for millions of Texans. From January through June, solar and wind power supplied 40.2% of the electricity required by the ERCOT grid, which covers approximately 90% of Texas’s energy needs. This moment underscores how renewables, backed by advanced storage and digital optimization, have become the backbone of grid reliability. ENGIE is proud to help lead in this transformation. With over 11 GW of wind, solar, and battery storage in operation or construction across the U.S.—including major investments in Texas—we’re demonstrating every day that clean energy is reliable, affordable, and ready for the future. As we look ahead to winter and beyond, this summer’s events remind us that renewables and storage are essential for a resilient grid—working alongside other resources to deliver a more responsible energy system. ENGIE is proud to deepen our collaboration with Meta through new Power Purchase Agreements, bringing our total renewable energy partnership to more than 1.3 gigawatts of clean energy capacity across Texas. The latest milestone is the 600 MW Swenson Ranch Solar Project in Stonewall County — ENGIE’s largest solar development to date. Expected to be operational in 2027, Swenson Ranch will: •Supply 100% of its output to support Meta’s U.S. data center operations •Create 350+ skilled construction jobs •Generate over $158 million in local tax revenue for the community “Our objective is to bring reliable, cost-competitive power to the grid as rapidly as possible, and projects like Swenson demonstrate the importance of solar to meet the timely needs of our customers,” said Dave Carroll, CEO and Chief Renewables Officer, ENGIE North America. Together with Meta, we’re delivering large-scale, reliable clean energy that supports both local communities and the growing demand for digital infrastructure. Solar and storage are proving to be the backbone of America’s energy future. Industry data from Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) shows they accounted for more than 80% of new U.S. capacity in the first half of 2025 — a clear signal that renewables are scaling faster, more affordably, and more reliably than rhetoric suggests. At ENGIE, we are building on that momentum with 11 GW of renewables in North America and over 50 GW globally, demonstrating that solar and storage can deliver clean, dispatchable power at scale. Our commitment goes beyond megawatts: strengthening local grids, supporting schools and tax bases, and creating durable jobs that extend well beyond construction. The energy future demands an above-all approach — renewables as the backbone, complemented by storage and flexible assets. Solar + storage are ready to build, and ENGIE is ready to lead.

As demand surges, the U.S. grid is being stress-tested like never before. But clean energy is rising to meet the challenge: renewables are now the lowest-cost and fastest-to-deploy energy sources in the nation. With nearly 25% of U.S. power now coming from renewables, clean energy is proving its efficiency in both cost and reliability. ENGIE delivers scalable clean energy solutions that meet growing demand and drive economic impact. By investing in large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects that reduce reliance on volatile fuel markets and lower wholesale energy costs, we’re supporting faster access to affordable power. #CleanEnergy #RenewableEnergy #EnergyTransition #SustainableFuture #GridReliability #AffordablePower

As Texas faces record demand and climate extremes, old ideas of grid reliability no longer suffice. Renewable clusters —pairing solar, storage and digital innovation — are proving that clean energy can deliver dispatchable, resilient power at scale. Our Chillingham project in Bell County demonstrates this model in action: 350 MW of solar plus 150 MW of storage, delivering reliable power when Texans need it most, while anchoring community investment.
