We are excited to welcome Mike Gavin as our new Managing Counsel! Mike brings extensive experience in commercial real estate law, with a background spanning private practice and in-house roles, most recently as Associate General Counsel at Dave & Buster’s. At Entrada, he will serve as our in-house legal resource, supporting acquisitions, operations, and asset management while ensuring alignment between business goals and legal strategy. A Dallas native, Mike is deeply involved in his community through coaching, volunteering, and service. Entrada Partners has acquired Westwood Business Park, a five-building, 111,807 SF industrial portfolio in Dallas, Texas. Originally built in 1986, the park is currently 94% leased to 26 tenants across 33 suites. This acquisition strengthens our presence in Texas and reflects our continued conviction in well-located, multi-tenant industrial assets. We’re excited to add Westwood to our growing portfolio and look forward to executing our business plan.

Jeff is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in facilities maintenance, building operations, and team leadership. He’s led engineering efforts at Delta Electronics and ABM, bringing hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plant operations, and everything in between. We are thrilled to announce that George Palles has been promoted to Associate within our Asset Management team! Over the past two years at Entrada, George has shown steady growth as he advanced from Analyst to Senior Analyst, consistently taking on new responsibilities with a positive attitude. His strong analytical skills and proactive approach make him well-prepared for this next step.
