Today, we honor an extraordinary milestone of an incredible person - Nancy Quinn’s 35th anniversary with Compass Group USA! For three and a half decades, Nancy has been a driving force behind our mission - embodying the values of making impact, driving innovation and striving for excellence. Nancy started in her journey with Canteen Dining in New York before crossing the river to New Jersey where she was a director of operations for Eurest. In 1998, she headed to Chartwells K12 where she spent 18 years in a variety of roles from marketing, support services and operations. She then joined Envision as VP of Marketing, her current role, where she leads an amazing team of creatives and well as spearheads a variety of initiatives. Nancy's journey is a testament to her dedication and passion. Her network of coworkers, many of whom are now friends, extends across the company and uniquely positions her to bring our sectors together in milestone events like Compass Eats and Neighborhood Network Meet-Ups, and campaigns like Heritage Kitchen which launched 100+ coordinated events nationwide to honor global food traditions, support local businesses and celebrate community engagement. We are incredibly fortunate to have Nancy as a key leader on our team and are grateful for her talents, experience, curiosity and willingness to jump in any new challenge.
