Our President and CEO, Mark McHugh, consistently demonstrates determination when advocating for change for people with disabilities and mental health challenges. He also brings that same grit to each marathon he completes. That's why our members and staff came out strong this year to cheer him on at his eighth Bank of America Chicago Marathon! 🎉 The energy was contagious, and everyone was excited to surprise him. “This was such a highlight of the race,” Mark said. “Having a cheering squad is a big motivator!” The race was also a great opportunity for our members to be active participants in their community. They connected with fellow supporters and practiced their photography skills. They're already looking forward to next year’s race!
