Talent Acquisition Manager | Masters of HR Management, Healthcare Administration

At Equitas Health, we believe that every person deserves access to care, respect, and belonging. Behind that mission is a team that makes it possible — and we’re looking for an HR Shared Services Manager to help lead that charge. This role ensures our HR operations run with heart and precision. You’ll guide a small but mighty team that keeps our people supported — from benefits and credentialing to payroll and HR data — helping us deliver on our mission every day. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a team overseeing HR Operations, Benefits & Compensation, and Credentialing. Build efficient, inclusive processes that strengthen the employee experience. Oversee HR data accuracy in UKG, ensuring every detail supports compliance and care. Manage benefit operations, open enrollment, and compensation updates with clarity and fairness. Partner across departments to ensure credentialing and onboarding uphold our clinical and equity standards. Support payroll readiness and process integrity so every employee is paid correctly and on time. Champion service excellence, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making. Keep compliance at the forefront — protecting our people, our patients, and our purpose. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years leading teams or shared services functions. Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (UKG preferred). Strength in benefits, credentialing, and payroll coordination. A collaborative spirit with a drive for accuracy, transparency, and care. Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion — especially in serving LGBTQ+ communities and people of color. Why Equitas Health: We’re more than a healthcare organization — we’re a movement for health equity. Our HR team plays a vital role in building systems that honor the people who make that mission real. Here, you’ll find meaning in the details and purpose in every process. • “Art for Life has been around for nearly 40 years for a reason. It started in the 80s because our artist friends were dying and we didn’t know why.” - Rob Duvall, director of events at Equitas Health ❤️ Art for Life may look different this year, but the mission is still the same. Please join us on Sunday, October 26 to raise critical funds for HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and advocacy. Bid on art, enjoy brunchy bites & bevvies from local restaurants, and browse Gay & High art galleries. Thank you again to Colleen Marshall from WCMH-TV, NBC4, nbc4i.com for the feature! 👏 Read/watch more: https://ow.ly/P12P50Xe65I

  • Pronouns are personal. Pronouns are NOT a preference! When you say your pronouns first, it gives space for others to do the same. ❤️ “My name is [NAME] and my pronouns are she/her!” 🧡 “I’m [NAME] and I use they/he pronouns.” 💛 “My name’s [NAME]. Any pronouns are fine.” 💚 “I’m [NAME]. My pronouns are xe/xem.” Happy International Pronouns Day from Equitas Health! 🌈🏳️⚧️

  • Equitas Health mourns the loss of Miss Major Griffin-Gracy. Known as “Mama” to many, Miss Major was an activist and visionary in the TLGBQ+ liberation movement. She fought for more than fifty years for the trans, gender nonconforming, and LGB community– especially for Black trans women, trans women of color, and those who have survived incarceration and police brutality. Miss Major was a fierce protector and advocate. She cared for people living with HIV/AIDS in New York in the early 1980s and drove San Francisco’s first mobile needle exchange. She visited prisons and mentored her “gurls” on the inside as the director of the TGI Justice Project. She envisioned and built House of gg as a safe haven for Black trans people. Thank you, Miss Major. Rest in peace. Rest in power. To learn more about Miss Major’s life and legacy, please visit houseofgg.org
