Some photos from the first ever Cursor community meetup in CIS region that was recently held in Kazakhstan
Bringing fastest growing Startup to the fastest growing Tech ecosystem in the world. What started as a quick message to Cursor team sharing an idea of running first ever community meetup for developers in ‘eurasian’ region - turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences! With ~500 registrations / top 1% power users / incredibly random use cases from mvp building to large scale industrial applications. We even had people travel from other cities and countries in order to be at the event! Thats a true metric of a community magic that has no limits when you bring right people together ❤️ My appreciation goes to some of the coolest friends and partners who made this real Higgsfield AI, Arlan Rakhmetzhanov, Zhanadil Taldybayev, SmArt.Point Almaty,NURIS Innovation Cluster, Dinmukhamed Mailibay, Ben Lang, Aidar Pochanov And final note - being Cursor Ambassador means not only doing events in your region but really going global so stay tuned to whats about to launch in London 👀 Ai Daniil Bekirov {non official meaning of eurasia = central asia, caucasus and other post soviet countries}

Over the years, many of you know me as someone who organised countless events - first on my own and later through Konnekt Club. At some point (COVID definitely played a role), I started to shift towards co-hosting events with partners. This gave me so much more space for creativity while also sharing the responsibilities that usually drain the most energy - like finding venues (which is really not easy in London at a reasonable price/quality 😅), sourcing speakers, and bringing the right people into the room. One of my long-standing partners is Nurdaulet Bazylbekov. For the past two years, we’ve been co-creating events of all kinds: hackathons, off-site hackathons, talks, and much more. And here’s my key insight 👇 We discovered that the more niche and specific the topic is, the more it resonates with the audience. This summer - which is usually a quiet season for events - two topics completely outperformed all expectations: ✨ Software architecture & technical deep dives ✨ UX/UI with Vlada Zdorovenko The demand was so high that Eurasian Startup Hub put together a whole series of architecture events for software engineers and project leaders. 📌 One of these events is happening tonight in London (6:30–8:30pm, London Bridge): Mobile & Real Time Platforms: Fast + Reliable experiences Speakers from Meta, Wargaming & Cognee will share their approaches in a Q&A format. 👉 Event link: https://lnkd.in/dM5DzfsD 👉 If you can’t make it today, I recommend subscribing to the Eurasian Hub event calendar. https://lnkd.in/dKYytnTc Why this post? Because so much energy goes into creating events, and I believe these insights deserve to be shared with a wider community. Also - if you know someone who might be interested, please pass it along. The event is in English, so feel free to invite your international friends too. 💡

Turned my weekend into an AI-powered hackathon adventure ✨🚀✨ To elevate the user experience and create a true “wow” effect, I led the design and animation of Paxel — an AI-powered panda assistant that transforms shopping into an emotionally engaging journey. The character was generated with AI and transformed into a vector format, then prepped for animation in Rive — which I used for the first time (and yes, it was a learning curve😅… but so worth it). Seeing Paxel come to life on the Staxel Robotic Store screen was unreal, it isn’t just a mascot — it’s an interactive guide that: 💬 Offers smart, real-time suggestions 🐼 Adds delight with personality-driven animations ⚙️ Bridges the gap between physical interaction and digital UX We built a working MVP in just 1.5 days with an incredible teammates Dima Dobrynin Denys Denysenko 🇺🇦🇬🇧 Alex Rastatuev taking experience to the next level with personalised AI ads and AI personage with text-to-speach character 🚀 I’m sure you’ll be hearing a lot more about Staxel Robotic Stores — a high-end smart retail concept that offers a true glimpse into the future. Backed by a founder Dima Dobrynin who tirelessly pursues ways to deliver stellar user experiences, this is just the beginning. Huge thanks for Eurasian Startup Hub and especially Nurdaulet Bazylbekov
