We’re delighted to have been crowned winners at last week’s UK Broker Awards 2025. In a year of record-breaking entries, Everywhen took home ‘ESG Broker Champion – Diversity & Inclusion’ and the ‘Training Award’, whilst our Stanhope Insurance team was named ‘High Net Worth Broker of the Year’. If all that wasn’t enough, our brilliant Jaime Swindle, CEO – Geo Underwriting, was a finalist in last week’s Women of the Year Awards 2025. So well deserved. These successes wouldn't be possible without the incredible people across our business. We care about getting it right for our colleagues, clients, customers and communities, and we're proud to have been recognised for our efforts. There was so much talent in the room that night - superstars of the past, present and future - it’s clear that our amazing industry is in safe hands.

A Musical with a Message Underinsurance might not sound like West End material… but RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com, part of Everywhen have turned it into just that. ‘Tricky Little Trap,’ is a show stopping musical number that puts the spotlight on one of the most consistent risks in the UK insurance market: underinsurance. Led by RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com very own Amy Lillington fCMgr (who is up for the Women in Insurance Awards ), this playful performance brings a serious issue to life: outdated property valuations that can leave clients dangerously exposed when disaster strikes. And because RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com know this issue can’t be ignored, they are also proud to sponsor the Combating Underinsurance category at this year’s UK Broker Awards, celebrating brokers who go the extra mile to get sums insured right. Watch the performance, enjoy the music, and join RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com in the fight against underinsurance. https://lnkd.in/e5c5cXc4

In Insurance Post’s Big Interview, our CEO Rob Worrell lifts the lid on our rebrand journey to Everywhen. On why we chose to rebrand when we did, Rob says: “I’ve always believed that you should work hard to fix something, make it something you’re proud of, then, if you rebrand, you do it from a position of strength, not weakness”. On the reaction to the rebrand: “People understand what it meant, why it was done, and what a positive force we considered it to be. It’s landed really well. “The market was brilliantly supportive, as they’ve always been to us as individuals.” Read the interview in full: https://lnkd.in/e9shPR-5

Blink and it’s July – where has the year gone? We’re going to start the week by showing off a little bit. We’re delighted to share that our Everywhen Chief Information Security Officer, Justyna L., has been named in the 2025 Global CISO 100, which recognises the most impactful CISOs worldwide. If that wasn’t enough, at last night’s 2025 Digital Technology Leaders Awards, Everywhen Project Manager, Lindsey Jackson, won Digital Ambassador of the Year, and Everywhen Director of Application Delivery, Lauren Dally BCom, MBA, was named Highly Commended Digital Hero of the Year. Everywhen is proud to support Pride, and as members of Link: LGBTQ+ Insurance Network, we're working together to fulfil their mission to make the insurance industry the employer of choice for the LGBTQ+ community. Formed in 2021, our Pride Colleague Community focuses on amplifying voices, raising awareness, and creating a safe collaborative space for colleagues from the LGBTQ+ community. Alongside our other ten community groups, they influence our business strategy to create an inclusive environment where all colleagues thrive and reach their full potential. Our Pride Community continues to go from strength to strength, and we’re delighted to be recognised for the phenomenal work our colleagues do in tonight's Rainbow Honours Awards, as we're finalists in the Outstanding LGBTQIA Network (Finance, Insurance & Legal) of the Year category. Here’s to a fabulous night of celebrations honouring LGBTQIA+ heroes and allies. For Pride Month we've been hearing from our colleagues about what Pride means to them and what they would change about peoples’ perceptions of the LGBTQ+ community. We know Pride is not limited to a single month, so, as Everywhen means, we'll continue to champion, celebrate and affirm LGBTQ+ identity, rights and visibility always and at all times. #Pride #PrideMonth #Everywhen #RainbowHonours2025

Well, it's almost five o'clock - where has the day gone? If you're winding down or perhaps about to hop onto a train, bus or taxi, check out this insightful conversation on underinsurance. Did you know that 76% of UK policyholders are underinsured? Our National Corporate Director, Chris Brady, talks more about this and the duty of care that we as a collective industry have to clients. "Every company and individual who’s underinsured is effectively sitting on a landmine, completely unnecessarily and avoidably. You don’t minimise landmines to an acceptable degree – you eliminate them completely. That’s our job as brokers.”
Can No One Hear the Sirens? There’s an Underinsurance Emergency With life-altering sums on the line, underinsurance is a legitimate epidemic that can – and does – devastate lives and businesses. So, why are 76% of UK policyholders underinsured [1] – and why isn’t this figure showing any sign of slowing? Chris Brady, National Corporate Director at Everywhen, explains. For over three decades, Everywhen’s Chris Brady has seen underinsurance wreak untold damage on people and businesses. “Underinsurance has been a problem from day one of my career,” Chris says, “but it’s become more of a problem in the last five years.” For those not in the know, underinsurance is simply when the policyholder doesn’t have adequate cover. If the underinsured product is something with modest value, like a phone, it might not be so noteworthy. The real issue arises when it concerns high-value items – like properties. https://lnkd.in/eswPHzVG #Underinsurance #Insurance #TowergateInsurance

It’s been a week since #BIBA2025, a week since we unveiled our new brand, Everywhen. Two days of fantastic moments and caffeine-fuelled conversations (we served over 1,300 cuppas!) about the opportunities that Everywhen presents for clients. Reflecting on BIBA, CEO of Everywhen Rob Worrell says: “I am delighted with how BIBA unfolded and of course the launch of our new brand, Everywhen. The response has been fantastic. “Built for everyone and for every moment, our new brand unites our businesses with a shared purpose. Knowing your everyday is protected creates confidence and security. That’s what Everywhen does. And that’s what excites me most.” We once again sponsored Young Broker Day and, reflecting on his experience, Regional Development Director, Rob Nicholls, who co-chaired a panel discussion with our young brokers and who finished runner up in the 2025 Young Broker Award, says: “I was keen to get across to our young brokers that you can have a fulfilling and rewarding career in our great industry, with so many avenues, you just need to be willing to work hard, be curious, show care, and not just wait for opportunities but create opportunities. “I’ve learnt how important it is to let your ability, not your age, speak for your business capability, and I was delighted to be able to pass that message on." https://lnkd.in/et6Sk5Xm
