Rejection is redirection! 👏 Every "no" is taking you one step closer to the ultimate "yes." Keep going!
After 8 rejections, my candidate said she wasn't cut out for this. I watched her confidence crumble with each 'no.' Two weeks later, she landed her dream role I know that feeling. After enough “no’s,” you start questioning everything about yourself. But here’s what candidates (like her) often miss in those moments: Rejection isn’t always about your skills or qualifications. It wasn't even about her interview skills… (Those actually got sharper with each conversation) Sometimes it’s just timing. Sometimes it’s just fit. Two weeks later, another recruiter called her about a role for one of my clients. Same industry, similar role, comparable compensation. The difference? The culture matched her style. The hiring manager valued her direct communication. And her project management background, dismissed elsewhere, was exactly what they needed.
