This week, we proudly concluded our third ILDP cohort, a dedicated experience designed to support and elevate exceptional women leaders at Fanatics. Throughout the program, participants deepened their leadership capabilities, established cross-functional connections, and explored what it means to lead with authenticity and impact. The experience was brought to life by thought-provoking conversations with guest speakers Shana R. Stephenson, Chief Brand Officer of the New York Liberty; Jeremi Gorman, Fanatics Strategic Advisor; LaShãda DiCosmo, Senior Director of Women’s Sports Brand Marketing; and our CEO, Michael Rubin, who joined for a candid fireside chat. This week, Fanatics, Make-A-Wish America, and the Los Angeles Dodgers teamed up for the second year to create an incredible wish event for seven kids and their families at Dodger Stadium. Over the course of two days, the group participated in a trivia game hosted by local hobby shop, Burbank Sportscards, and went on a private tour of Dodger stadium that culminated in the clubhouse, where each wish kid was presented their own locker, customized Dodgers jerseys and team merchandise, thanks to Fanatics. Leading up to the Athletics vs. Dodgers game, the kids participated in an impactful Q&A session with Joe Davis, Eric Karros, and Kirsten Watson from the Dodgers live broadcast team, and Dodgers Manager, Dave Roberts, presented each wish kid their own contract to become a Dodger for the Day. This special honor granted them exclusive on-field access, where they played catch with players like Ben Casparius, Anthony Banda, Tony Gonsolin, Jack Dreyer, and Matt Sauer, as well as watched batting practice. To top it off, each child threw out a ceremonial first pitch alongside Dodgers stars Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, Kike Hernández, Michael Conforto, Miguel Rojas, and Clayton Kershaw before settling into their seats to enjoy the game. As the Official Sports Partner of Make-A-Wish America, Fanatics, in partnership with Make-A-Wish and WWE, helped create and enhance the wish experience for 25 kids at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas last weekend. The kids started the day with a private shopping experience at the WWE World Superstore, where they received $250 each to shop their favorite merchandise. To make the day even more unforgettable, each wish kid got their own Superstar Entrance, with custom music, graphics, and a special surprise from WWE icons Braun Strowman and Tiffany Stratton, who presented each kid their own custom title belt while they were announced by Mark Nash, SmackDown in-ring announcer. The group had access to WWE World for the day along with priority seating for on-stage programming and received custom trading cards, thanks to Topps.
