#TeamFerrara came together to celebrate the 96th Annual Bud Billiken Parade -- the largest African American parade in the U.S. -- honoring generations of Chicago families with music, dance, food, and back-to-school spirit. In partnership with our Now & Later brand and our Black Employee Resource Group, we distributed more than 1,800 pounds of candy, proudly inspiring sweetness and supporting Black entrepreneurs, HBCUs, and our community! 🎉

Across Ferrara locations, we welcomed our youngest community members for our annual Bring Your Kids to Work Day – a special event led by our EMERGE and Women Who Lead Business Resource Groups. Employees’ children explored our workplace through hands-on #STEM projects in the Innovation Center, mock supply chain exercises, postcard-making for children at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and taste-testing some of our iconic candies.
