Hands-on learning meets new opportunities! 💪 These photos are from Cape Fear Community College’s most recent Lineman Training Program graduating class, where students gained valuable, real-world experience, and explored new career paths in fiber. The Fiber Broadband Association’s OpTIC Path™ Fiber Splicing Module was integrated into the program to provide alternative training and career opportunities beyond traditional electrical linework.
