Honoured to have participated in RECKON 6.0 – Be the Change Maker, a National-Level Hackathon hosted by JIET Group of Institutions Jodhpur in collaboration with Unstop . It was a privilege to be surrounded by some of the brightest minds from across the country in such a high-energy, innovation-driven environment. Alongside my incredible teammate Atharva Shandilya , Shashwat Shandilya , SAHIL SINGH and Mayank Sharma we worked on an impactful solution and received invaluable feedback and appreciation from mentors and judges — a moment of real growth and motivation. Grateful for the incredible support system of community partners and sponsors who made this event a powerful platform for young innovators. Special mention to The Cyborgs , WebForge , Beeceptor , Flatlogic , Threeway Studio™ - Leading Blockchain Solutions firm✅ , Gyannetra Pvt Ltd , Toynik®, XYZ , EcoNate and Panda Robotics — your backing empowered participants and amplified the hackathon's success. These contributions created a thriving ecosystem of creativity, learning, and purpose-driven tech development. Experiences like RECKON 6.0 are a reminder of how far we can go when innovation meets collaboration. Looking forward to more such opportunities to build with purpose. #RECKON6 #HackathonExperience #JIETUniversity #Unstop #GitHub #Devfolio #Polygon #Replit #Taskade #TechForImpact #MentorFeedback #Teamwork #InnovationLeadership #NextGenCreators #BuildWithPurpose

Bob’s face when someone asks: “BOB! Did you get all that?” Can you relate to Bob? It’s time we stop pretending this system works for Bob or anyone. AI Agent is just a while loop! Everyone's talking about AI agents - but how do they actually work? We recently built our own AI software-development agent at Flatlogic, so let me break it down simply. Imagine you're chatting with a friend. But this friend doesn't just have her own mind - she can also reach out and access other tools. Maybe she can check financial docs, read external reports, or even glance outside to see what's happening. That's basically how AI agents operate. Under the hood, an AI agent uses a large language model (LLM) - similar to what you're familiar with in ChatGPT - but the difference is, it can talk to other software tools and services. For instance, say you ask the agent, "Create a web app for me." The agent then: - Identifies which tools it needs. - Talks to hosting services to set up an environment. - Uses a code generator to create the actual application. - Coordinates these separate tools behind the scenes. - Presents you the final, compiled result directly in your chat. Think of it like a skilled secretary in a group chat, quietly coordinating team members, tools, and resources to deliver exactly what you asked for. Btw, I feel like our Human Intelligence is not much different :)

Do you know services like Linktree, where you can share a single link pointing to all your social profiles? Since I started posting more content recently, I thought about getting one too. But then realized - wait a sec! I have Flatlogic AI Engineer, why not build one myself? It's not exactly the main use-case for our tool, but I gave it a try. Just 20 minutes of chatting with the AI, clarifying a few things, and here we are - my very own custom "Linktree-like" page: https://lnkd.in/d3B7ZKDE Funny part? It's actually a TRUE full-stack app, complete with a backend. If later I want to track clicks or add analytics and integrations - I'm good to go! Feels pretty cool to quickly build something useful, even if it’s just a small page.

A client who owed us $120K almost ruined my company. Here’s a cautionary tale every entrepreneur should hear: Several years ago, we had a long-term client. We worked together closely - I personally met him multiple times, our teams knew each other, and trust was solid. Then suddenly, an invoice due date passed without payment. I contacted the client, and he reassured me: "Don't worry, everything will be paid." Because of our relationship, I trusted him and we kept working. ... ... Big mistake!!!. ... Two and a half months later, the unpaid amount had ballooned to over $120K. Eventually, I had no choice but to stop work. By that time, significant damage was already done - salaries and vendor payments came out of our own pocket. Fast forward to today: the client still owes us money. Two years ago, we won in arbitration court, and now the decision is enforced in their home country. But the client’s company is now likely headed toward bankruptcy. The lesson? Even big, trusted clients can fail. It’s your responsibility as a founder to manage financial risk carefully. Trust your clients, but don’t hesitate to pause work if they can’t pay on time. Protect your team and company first!!! A lesson worth lots of money for me. If you were in a similar situation, let's discuss! I know this happens quite often, unfortunately.

We made $140K gross revenue from our AppSumo campaign! Sounds great, right? But the keyword here is "gross." Here’s the honest breakdown of the numbers: - Gross revenue: $140K in 3 months - Refunds: ~50% (the audience was demanding, and our product wasn't mature enough) - AppSumo commission: 80% Net cash flow: only about $15K. Small, but still valuable for us as a bootstrapped business. Some insights behind the numbers: We launched our AppSumo campaign almost a year ago. Immediately, our traffic spiked nearly 10x, from 20-30 apps generated per day to over 200/day in the first few days - effectively stress-testing our platform. Pros: - Rapid market validation (instant proof people wanted what we were building) - Easy cash flow ($15K is still good for a bootstrapped team) - Massive exposure (visibility across founder communities and marketing channels) - Real feature requests (our backlog quickly filled with ideas from passionate users) Cons: - Unlimited obligations for limited payment: Users paid $50 once but have lifetime access, which creates ongoing costs. - Highly demanding audience: Users expected our product to be a silver bullet, which wasn’t possible at the time. - 80% AppSumo commission: Leaves very little actual revenue. Would I run another AppSumo campaign for Flatlogic AI Engineer? Short answer: no. One AppSumo campaign per product is enough. But if you're launching something new and want rapid validation, AppSumo beats Product Hunt. Product Hunt mostly offers vanity metrics (upvotes), while AppSumo delivers real customers and real cash flow - provided you're ready to bear those unlimited obligations. At least in my network, I hear a lot about "Product Hunt" launch, but I have never heard anyone getting initial traction with their audience. idk about you!
