Earlier this month, FRP’s Power Collective Speaker Series continued its 'power' focus on the important 2025 Work-Life Balance theme with a companywide Teams Town Hall titled Wellness at Work – Peace at Home. The engaging session was led by Debbie Tappin, Danielle Voda, CPCU, CIC, and Jaime Capaldo. Each are insurance industry experts and valued members of the FRP team. The webinar featured insights from TED speaker Sally Thornton (she/her)’s model for balancing education, work and leisure, a live survey facilitated by Kayla Bertrand, SHRM-CP and a calming sound session led by Jaime, a certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer.
