We are dedicated to building long-term relationships. Partner Tommy Trimble recently closed on a deal that is a testament to that commitment. As a high school student, Tommy worked on the Westmoreland Dairy Farm. In a full circle moment, he just closed on the sale of 200 acres on the Westmoreland Dairy Farm – the last operational dairy farm in Mecklenburg County – to Shea Homes. Tommy’s personal ties to the property provided a unique perspective and intention in guiding this transaction and finding the right buyer. Shea Homes has plans to develop the land into a thoughtfully designed residential community. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eDn-BHJD
