We are dedicated to building long-term relationships. Partner Tommy Trimble recently closed on a deal that is a testament to that commitment. As a high school student, Tommy worked on the Westmoreland Dairy Farm. In a full circle moment, he just closed on the sale of 200 acres on the Westmoreland Dairy Farm – the last operational dairy farm in Mecklenburg County – to Shea Homes. Tommy’s personal ties to the property provided a unique perspective and intention in guiding this transaction and finding the right buyer. Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School Draft Day 2025 at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park was a celebration of opportunity, and we’re excited to welcome Saray to the Foundry team as our student intern for the upcoming year. Together with Wheelock Street Capital, we’ve officially closed on the Festival Flea Market site in Pompano Beach, Florida. Plans are to transform this 25-acre property into Festival Logistics Park, a 474,000-square-foot, Class-A industrial development that will feature three state-of-the-art buildings.
