There are no words to describe the energy in the room, and I am truly excited about where we are headed. Nicole Casperson and team did a phenomenal job curating conversations that truly reflect the realities we face as leaders in today’s rapidly evolving, AI-driven world. I loved partnering with Jackie Wylie to lead a discussion on one of my favorite topics: EQ and Leadership. As technology accelerates, empathy, self-awareness, and human connection remain the differentiators that drive meaningful impact. Already looking forward to the next leadership summit!

While AI is changing the world faster than we can comprehend, some things remain steady. One of them is this: AI cannot replace the human connection required to lead.
