The "RWA Playbook" by Merlin Egalite - Morpho 🦋 breaks down how tokenized real-world assets can move beyond passive custody and become productive collateral. Pareto’s FalconX Credit Vault is a good example of how this playbook already works in practice: - Tokenize an RWA exposure → deploy capital into the FalconX Credit Vault - Supply the receipt token (AA_FalconXUSDC) as collateral on Morpho - Borrow USDC from Morpho’s curated lending markets - Use that financing to loop exposure (e.g. automated looping via Gauntlet) or to cover liquidity and treasury needs - all while the underlying FalconX loans keep generating yield!
