Learned a lot chatting to Dylan Taylor about taking a space company public. Voyager Technologies is the fifth company he’s taken public, and he had real advice for CEOs navigating the IPO process. One standout insight: cash flow is the real metric. Dylan stressed that Voyager measures success by whether the business is actually generating cash, not just growing top-line revenue. In many ways it's obvious but I think something we often lose sight of in space. As more space companies go public, they’ll be held to the same standards as any other public company. That means scrutiny on financial statements, operational discipline, and clarity on how the business makes money. 📈 If you dream of eventually going public, it's worth listening to someone who's done it five times.
