Traditional children’s vitamins often cause more problems than they solve. So we made a better one.

We recently celebrated our Disney Princesses special edition in San Francisco with a Fit for a Princess event in partnership with New Modern Mom’s Barbara Mighdoll ✨ Rooted in community, the day brought families together for mommy-and-me pilates and meditation, Hiya vitamin kit decoration, flower crown making, Hiya hydration station, and more - all designed to spark joy, imagination, and healthier routines. At Hiya, our mission has always been to raise the bar on everyday kids’ health. Events like these remind us that health doesn’t have to feel like a chore - it can be fun, magical, and rooted in the small habits that shape lifelong well-being.

Back-to-school mornings can feel like a sprint, so this weekend we pressed pause and invited families to slow down and celebrate the small habits that make a big difference. This weekend we turned the Cayton Children's Museum’s Museum into a playground for healthy routines co-hosted wtih Scientific Advisory Board Member and Nutritionist Mia Rigden, MS, CNS - because the start of a new season is the perfect moment to spark habits that last. Families moved from station to station, each one a small step toward something bigger: 💛 Kids decorated their own Hiya vitamin kits & lunch boxes with their Hiya stickers 💛 Custom popsicles with Hiya Daily Hydration and Hiya Greens & Superfood Powder bliss balls showed that “better-for-you” can still feel like a treat 💛 A temporary tattoo bar turned wellness into wearable art 💛 Nutritionist Mia Rigden shared simple, realistic lunch-box tips that parents can use every day The museum buzzed with color and curiosity as kids mixed creativity with nutrition and parents picked up ideas to bring home. For us, that’s the magic: showing that healthy habits aren’t chores - they’re joyful moments families can build together. 💛

When you’re an outsider, you ask the questions insiders overlook. Darren Litt didn’t come from the world of kids health, but maybe that’s exactly why Hiya worked. In this clip from our convo on The Hustle by Hanna, Darren shares how being naïve to the CPG space gave him the freedom to build something completely different, a kids brand that looks and feels like a beauty brand. From fresh perspective to full disruption: Listen to the full episode — link in comments! Does your child need a multivitamin? Pediatric dietician Kelli McGrane, MS, RD breaks down how a multivitamin like Hiya can help kids fill nutritional gaps. "As a dietitian, I was drawn to Hiya for its comprehensive formulation, lack of added sugar and minimal ingredient list." https://lnkd.in/ee3PC_WU

See why Bon Appetit calls our Daily Hydration the BEST and tastiest for kids: "Hiya's electrolyte powder is formulated specifically with kids in mind, meant to be a more natural, no-sugar-added alternative to traditional sports drinks or juices. The balance of electrolytes includes a pretty modest amount of sodium at 85 milligrams, which is part of what makes this powder more suitable for young ones than some of the others on this list. That, and the fact that the bright blue canister comes with a sticker pack to decorate with." https://lnkd.in/eWaUx66n
